How I’ll work with you

I don’t do this work just because I’m trained to—I do it because I deeply understand the weight trauma can carry. If you’ve tried talk therapy or self-help tools and still feel stuck, that doesn’t mean you’re broken—it often means your system needs a different approach.

Using trauma-informed EMDR, I help you gently release old patterns held beneath the surface, working with both mind and body at a pace that feels safe for your nervous system. I’ll meet you exactly where you are and walk alongside you as you reconnect with your inner wisdom and begin to feel more grounded, calm, and free.

The goal of trauma therapy isn’t to erase the past or always feel “positive.” It’s to help you develop a more balanced perspective—where your nervous system feels steadier, your inner critic quiets down, and you can respond to life with more clarity and choice, not just survival.
