The Investment
Therapy is an investment in your emotional well-being, your relationships, and your ability to feel more at home in yourself.
I offer specialized EMDR therapy for women navigating attachment wounds, relational trauma, emotional overwhelm, and long-standing patterns that may have once helped you cope but no longer serve you.
Because deeper trauma work doesn't always fit neatly into a 50-minute hour, I offer three session lengths. You don't need to know which option is right for you before we begin. We'll talk together about what makes the most sense based on your goals, the type of work we're doing, and what feels sustainable for you.

Choose the session length that fits your needs
50-Minute Session — $275 per session
This is the standard therapy session and works well for ongoing weekly therapy, preparation and integration, and regular EMDR reprocessing.
EMDR reprocessing can absolutely be done effectively within a 50-minute session. We don't need a longer session simply because we're doing EMDR.
A 50-minute session may be the right fit when the work we're doing can be comfortably contained within that time, including having space to check in, process, and close the session in a grounded way.
80-Minute Session — $412.50 per session
An extended session gives us more breathing room when additional time would be helpful.
This may be a good option when we're working with more complex or layered material, when you want additional time to settle in before processing, or when you would benefit from more time for processing and integration without feeling rushed.
The purpose isn't to fit more therapy into one appointment. It's about having the flexibility to give the work the time it needs when 50 minutes feels limiting.
110-Minute Session — $550 per session
A 110-minute session provides the most space for uninterrupted therapeutic work and deeper processing.
This may be useful when we're working with particularly complex or interconnected material, when you want substantial time for processing and integration, or when having a longer window allows you to move through the work without feeling constrained by the clock.
Again, longer doesn't automatically mean better. A 110-minute session isn't necessary for effective EMDR, and we won't use additional time simply because it's available.

Why offer different session lengths?
Trauma work isn't always linear—and neither is healing.
50-minute sessions are often more than enough for regular EMDR reprocessing. Longer sessions are simply another option when having additional time would genuinely support the work.
Sometimes we can do meaningful processing, integrate what came up, and wrap up comfortably within 50 minutes. Other times, having another 30 or 60 minutes can create more room to settle in, process, explore connected material, and return to the present without feeling rushed.
Longer sessions may be especially helpful for:
More complex or layered material
Allowing additional time for preparation or grounding
Processing when there are several connected pieces to explore
Giving your nervous system more time to settle and integrate
Sessions where you anticipate needing more space rather than watching the clock
You are always in control of the pace. We can slow down, pause, take a break, shift away from processing, or stop whenever you need to.
The goal isn't to use the longest session possible. It's to choose the amount of time that makes sense for the work you're doing.
What should I choose?
You don't have to figure this out on your own.
Most clients can begin with 50-minute weekly sessions, including for regular EMDR reprocessing. We can adjust the session length when there's a reason to create more space.
There is no "better" session length.
The right session is the one that gives you enough space to do meaningful work without making therapy feel unnecessarily long or financially unsustainable.
